The Concept

Our market is a grid.

Down one side: every company in our TAM. Across the top: all 59 World 50 groups, clustered by level — CEO/Board, C-Suite, C-1 Role, C-1 Function, Series II, and PE-backed. Every cell is one question: does this company have an executive who belongs in this group?

Answer that question for every cell — and keep the answers fresh — and we always know exactly where our members are, where our prospects are, and where we've never looked.
Goal 1 · The Proof of Concept

Start with 3 companies that stand in for the whole market.

One from each segment. Eligibility now follows the group levels: a $10B+ enterprise qualifies for the CEO/Board, C-Suite, and C-1 tiers; a $1–10B company maps to Series II; a PE-backed company maps to our Growth groups.

Goal 1 · The Proof of Concept

Now paint the grid with what we know.

Every eligible cell is a member, a known prospect we've validated and reached out to recently, or white space — a seat we've never filled with a name. Some cells carry more than one name: the stacked corner means a ranked bench waits behind the seat. And a few are closed: we've confirmed the role simply doesn't exist there.

Goal 1 · The Third Dimension

C-1 seats have depth: one slot, a ranked bench behind it.

A C-Suite group has exactly one qualifying executive per company — there's only one CFO. But a C-1 group may have several eligible executives, even though we allow one per company. So the cell isn't a single name — it's a queue. We work the top prospect; if they decline, disqualify, or move on, the next one promotes.

Why it matters: "prospect count" stops being the metric. The grid tracks seat coverage — is every eligible slot either filled by a member or actively worked, with a bench ready behind it?

One question, answered thousands of times in parallel. White space gets resolved systematically — and every extra qualified name the agent finds deepens the bench instead of cluttering a list.
Goal 1 · When the Agent Comes Up Empty

No answer isn't a dead end — it's a routing decision.

Sometimes the agent can't find the person with confidence. That's not failure — it's the signal to pull in a human on the loop, who resolves it one of two ways.

When we know for a fact there's no matching role, we close the slot. The agent never asks again — no retrying Finance 50 in perpetuity against a company with no CFO.

Closed isn't forever: an org-structure change can reopen the slot for re-verification.
Every cell converges. Filled by a member, actively worked with a bench behind it, or definitively closed — the grid never carries a permanent question mark, and human time is spent only where it changes the answer.
Goal 1 · Staying Current

The grid watches for change — so it's never stale.

People change jobs. Companies get acquired, spin out, cross revenue thresholds. Prospects decline. Each change flips cells or promotes the bench — and the agentic loop re-runs on whatever changed.

In parallel with the POC, we build the comprehensive list — every company and every eligible business unit in our TAM. Each one becomes a new row, ready for the same treatment.
