Hi team! The migration to Enterprise Slack happens this weekend, Saturday, June 27. Our last note included an FAQ with a pre- and post-migration checklist to help you avoid interruptions.
This week we want to get everyone excited for what's coming. Enterprise Slack brings a few notable upgrades like tighter security and more enterprise tooling, but the one we want to highlight is a powerful new AI layer. The upgraded Slackbot can be a real partner for you, and we're excited about its potential. It will even have knowledge of what's in Salesforce, so it can answer questions grounded in our own data.
Each day this week we'll drop a brief look at one new benefit over in #AI-Hub. Nothing to do yet, just follow along there.

With Enterprise Slack, Slackbot can search across Slack, Salesforce, and Google Drive at once. Ask a question, get the answer with its source, without digging through tabs.
Our Salesforce data gets connected over the weekend, so once we go live, Slackbot can answer questions grounded in our own CRM too.

Salesforce gives Slackbot our company context. Connecting your Google gives it your context. Once we're live, you can optionally link your Drive, Calendar, and Gmail so Slackbot can prep you for meetings, find your docs, and more.
This is separate from how you log in (that's Rippling). It's purely to make Slackbot more useful for you.
