World 50 · Gatherings Discovery — prototype (summit-first, next 60 days)
Operating assumptions
What this prototype takes as given — flagging these so the design conversation stays honest.
The hero is always the member's next summit, resolved from their group's event calendar in MI-6/AMS. Tristan's account has no upcoming summit in the demo corpus, so the Fall Summit shown is illustrative.
Most events shown are real (Dallas Dinner, the Inga Beale / Adam Grant / Svenja Gudell calls, Health Plan Accelerator huddles). Where the accessible corpus was thin, plausible instances of real World 50 series (Tariffs & Trade, BXDE, Security 50 huddles, NY dinner, special program) fill the sections.
RSVP nudges apply only to exclusive in-person gatherings (summits, dinners, special programs) — World 50 never asks members to RSVP to virtual calls, so "Awaiting your reply" is scoped to in-person invitations only.
"In case you missed it" shows group gatherings the member did not attend that have a replay or highlights available in Content — attendance state comes from the events system.
The agenda window is the next 60 days, grouped by month — long enough that the page never looks empty at month-end, short enough to stay actionable. Past gatherings are reachable through a quiet link, not a top-level tab.
"18 members from your group attending" on the summit reflects the attendee list already visible on gathering pages today — no new data exposure.
RSVP and Add-to-calendar act in place (calendar sync via the existing invite flow). Every RSVP updates the schedule rail instantly in this demo.
Gatherings carry topic tags in MI-6 (same taxonomy as Content), which powers the Topic filter and the "For you" reasons.
Past gatherings link to their replay in Content when a recording exists — the two sections cross-reference rather than duplicate.
