An animated 6-week-cycle narrative for standing up the TAM Grid — every company × every World 50 group, painted with members, prospects, and white space, and kept current by an agentic loop. Start with v3 for the current story; v2 and v1 are preserved for provenance.
10 chapters. Adds the human-in-the-loop escalation: when the agent can't find a match with confidence, a researcher picks up the task and either finds the person or confirms the role doesn't exist at this company — the slot closes so the agent never asks again. Introduces the striped "closed" cell state.
v29 chapters. First to use the real 59 World 50 groups, clustered by level (CEO/Board, C-Suite, C-1 Role, C-1 Function, Series II, PE). Adds "The Bench" — the third dimension: C-1 seats have depth, one slot backed by a ranked queue that promotes when the top prospect declines.
v1 · Original8 chapters. First telling of the concept using 55 abstract groups and painting cells as member / known prospect / white space. Simpler shape — no bench dimension, no closed slots. Kept for provenance; the framing evolved in v2 and v3.
